Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement (hereinafter called "Agreement") between Emergent PR (Emergent Digital LLC) (the "Company") and the visitor of Emergent PR's website (the "User"). Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Terms:

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility for Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if your news story cannot be published.

  • Inaccuracies: If errors occur after you approve the article and are due to our mistake, we will offer a full refund or republish the story at no extra cost. Refunds are not available for errors present at the time of your approval.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • How to Request a Refund: For refund requests, please contact us directly at contact@emergentpr.com.

Under all other circumstances, our services are non-refundable.

3. Unacceptable Content:

Emergent PR reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove submitted content that violates its policies or standards. The Company does not accept press releases or content related to:

  • Illegal activities, violence, or hate speech

  • Cryptocurrency, ICOs, or crypto-trading platforms

  • Unsubstantiated medical claims or non-FDA-approved supplements

  • Pornographic material or adult content

  • Defamatory or slanderous content about third parties

  • Content promoting tobacco, vaping, or illicit drugs

  • Dating apps, gambling, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes

  • Conspiracy theories, anti-vaccine rhetoric, or similar content

  • Content violating applicable laws, copyrights, or trademarks

Content must be in English, factually accurate, and formatted as a professional press release.

4. Content Submission and Approval:

The User is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all submitted content. Emergent PR assumes no responsibility for verifying the facts or compliance of submitted materials.

Users represent and warrant:

  • They own or have the legal right to use all content, images, and other materials submitted.

  • Their content complies with all applicable laws, including those regarding intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.

  • Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or personal privacy.

By approving submitted materials, the User accepts full responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies that existed at the time of approval.

5. Distribution and Revisions:

Once content is approved and distributed, it cannot be withdrawn, altered, or retracted from third-party platforms. Emergent PR will attempt to update or correct content on its own systems but cannot guarantee updates will propagate to partner platforms or networks.

Users acknowledge that content syndicated to third-party partners, RSS feeds, or similar networks cannot be edited post-distribution.

6. Service Limitations:

Emergent PR provides services on a best-effort basis and will not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by:

  • External systems or third-party platforms

  • Technological malfunctions beyond the Company's control

  • Acts of nature, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events

The Company does not guarantee specific media placement, SEO results, or audience reach for distributed content.

7. Liability and Warranties:

Emergent PR makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, merchantability, or performance of its services. The Company’s liability is limited to the refund of fees paid by the User in cases where services are not rendered as agreed.

The Company will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities arising from service limitations or delays.

8. Indemnification:

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Emergent PR, its affiliates, and third-party vendors against all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Breaches of this Agreement

  • Violations of intellectual property or privacy rights by submitted content

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or illegal materials included in User-submitted content

The User also warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions for third-party mentions, images, or trademarks included in their press release.

9. Intellectual Property Rights:

All materials, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary processes used by Emergent PR remain the exclusive property of the Company. The User may not modify, reproduce, or repurpose these materials without prior written consent.

The User agrees not to claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Emergent PR without express authorization.

10. Independent Contractors:

This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the User and Emergent PR. Both parties remain independent contractors under these Terms and Conditions.

11. Communications and Notices:

By using Emergent PR's services, the User consents to receive communications via email, phone, or mail regarding their use of services. Users may update their contact information by notifying the Company at contact@emergentpr.com.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming state or federal courts.

13. Disclaimer:

While our clients have experienced success with rankings on Google and social media verification, we cannot guarantee either outcome as they are beyond our control. Specifically:

  • We cannot guarantee social media verification or that articles or websites will appear on the first page of Google for any search terms.

  • We cannot guarantee leads or sales. Traffic from articles will vary based on numerous factors.

  • Some news sites may remove older articles to keep their platforms updated. While most publications remain live for 24 months, certain outlets like Fox and NCN only guarantee a 3-month duration.

  • Emergent Digital LLC is not affiliated with Barchart, AP News, Business Insider, FOX, Digital Journal, Benzinga, Google, or any other news company mentioned on our website.

The materials on this website are provided "as is." Emergent Digital LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

The Company does not warrant or make representations concerning the accuracy, reliability, or likely results of the use of the materials on its website or on any linked sites.

14. Termination and Modifications:

Emergent PR reserves the right to terminate services or modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

If the User violates these Terms, the Company may pursue legal or equitable remedies, including termination of the User’s account or services.

15. Force Majeure:

Emergent PR shall not be liable for delays or failures in service resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or regulatory changes.
